Supreme Court quashes IT Department notice against Radha Soami Satsang Beas

The order was passed by a Bench of Justices JB Pardiwla and R Mahadevan on an appeal filed by the organisation against a Punjab & Haryana High Court order denying relief. Advocate Ekakshra Mahajan Mandhar from Mandhar Associates appeared for Radha Soami Satsang Beas.

On November 16, Sidhu Moosewala's parents were granted an order of ad-interim injunction, wherein the court vide order dated 17.11.2022 restrained the release of the song, along with a direction for taking down all promotional content/advertisements etc.
